A note about outdoor services pricing...
If you've been quoted a price that seems a little 'too good to be true,' it almost certainly is. It's common (and even more so during these tough economic times) that many service providers view dramatic price cuts as the way to weather the storm. But their lower prices are generally what's called 'low balling,' or quoting a price that doesn't actually include all the necessary parts, components, materials, treatments, or applications, etc. Or it's based on using inferior, obsolescent, stale-dated materials or components, or not enough of them to give you an acceptable service result.
They do this just to get your business!
Then after you've signed an agreement, they'll be back regularly... strongly suggesting additional parts, materials, treatments, etc. And your 'too good to be true' quote can end up being higher than the highest one you were quoted by others.
You want your service provider to make enough on their work to be able to stay in business... and to continue to provide the services they've committed to... and for which you've probably paid in advance... don't you? Not someone who'll disappear and never complete your treatment plan or project.
